Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka Shankar is a British-American sitarist as well as a music producer. She was first in her age group to receive the British House of Commons Staff. Anoushka Shankar is among India's rising stars in the sitar. She is the daughter and student of Ravi Shankar. She was born in 1982 in London. Her early years were split in London in London and New Delhi. Her debut concert was in New Delhi at the tender 13 years old. In Encinitas CA in 1999 she received a high-school certificate. Although she is still very young, Anouskha is an accomplished performer and recording record. She frequently joins her father on stage, which she's done for several years. In 1998 she released her first single album Anourag. The album was released in 2002. her Grammy nominated album Live at Carnegie Hall. She has performed at most major venues around the globe. Anoushka Shakar's work is not only limited to music. Bapi The love of my life is a illustrated biographical work she wrote in 2002. The book pays tribute to her late father Ravi Shankar.
